  • Community Emergency Assistance Program (CEAP): CEAP continues to serve neighbors who ask for help with groceries and basic needs through a “drive up” service.   • MN Department of Human Services – Food & Nutrition Assistance Links: Minnesota’s food programs help people with low incomes get the food they need for nutritious and well-balanced meals. These programs include the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), the Minnesota Food Assistance Program (MFAP), and various other food programs and services, such as employment and training.
