2024 Street Rehabilitation Project

Project Overview

The 2024 Street Rehabilitation Project includes pavement and utility improvements across approximately 1.2 miles of streets in four distinct project areas throughout the City. Street rehabilitation methods will include full-depth reclamation and spot replacement of concrete curb & gutter. Proposed utility improvements in select locations will include replacement of water main, hydrants, and other system appurtenances. A map of project streets has been included below.

Staff are currently in the preliminary design phase, with construction anticipated to begin in May 2024.
